Shipping Costs

Orders placed on Soracom UK will be shipped to UK addresses via Royal Mail. We offer the following shipping options with associated costs.

SIM Cards

Orders placed for Soracom IoT SIMs are available at the following flat shipping rates:

  • Royal Mail 1st Class Shipping: £1.35 per order.
  • Royal Mail Tracked (48 hours) Shipping: £2.70 per order.
  • International Shipping: Not currently available.

Please note that any order above £100.00 requires the shipment to be tracked.

Other Hardware

Orders placed for all other Soracom hardware are available at the following flat shipping rates:

  • Tracked Standard (48 hours) Shipping: £3.49 per order.
  • Tracked Express (24 hours) Shipping: £4.19 per order.
  • International Shipping: Not currently available.

Order Processing Time

We strive to process all orders within 2 business days of sending your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Times

Orders dispatched by Soracom UK should arrive within the following timeframes:

  • Standard (48 hours) Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2 business days.
  • Express (24 hours) Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1 business day.

Please note that delivery times may vary based on the destination, and the estimated processing and shipping times may be delayed around holiday seasons.

Tracking Your Order

If you choose tracked shipping, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. You can use this number to check the status of your delivery on the Royal Mail website.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Soracom UK is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed before, during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
